TRACKS ON REPEAT: MAMA TRIED

last week, i had played some music with a real close friend whom i hadn’t played with in a long while. it’s fun jamming with him because we’re always playing different songs, but we also like bouncing them off one another— dave is incredibly talented and he’s always giving my pointers for becoming a better guitar player. he was picking this merle haggard tune which re-ignited my interest for the guy. it’s a fun story, and it’s worth a listen.
